Hugo Wendler,
​Assistant to the Founding Partner

Small in stature but mighty in presence, Hugo is the beating (and occasionally snoring) heart of Wendler & Zinzilieta.  Known around the office as “the Tiny Titan,” Hugo pairs French-Bulldog charm with the authority of a senior partner.  When he’s not monitoring snacks or morale, he’s offering silent but powerful counsel from Brian’s side, proving that loyalty and tenacity come in compact form.

Hugo doesn’t believe size defines strength, but that spirit does.  His daily example reminds the team that confidence, persistence, and the occasional power nap can overcome just about anything.

Bar Admissions: Conference couch, client chairs, and the laps of anyone who dares make eye contact.

Areas of Expertise: Front-desk diplomacy, stress-reduction snorts, case-strategy supervision (from under Brian’s desk), and ensuring Cooper doesn’t steal all the attention.  Also certified in morale management and emotional-support cuddles under pressure.

Fun Fact: Despite being under a foot tall, Hugo insists on sitting in the “partner chair” during meetings and frankly, no one’s been brave enough to tell him no.
