Willow Zinzilieta, Chief Morale Officer
|
Willow’s journey to Wendler & Zinzilieta is the stuff of legends, and is nothing short of a rescue story full of grit, second chances, and unapologetic tail wags. She arrived with a heart full of hope and a nose for justice, quickly proving herself indispensable as the firm’s emotional compass and in-house comedic relief.
Like the firm she represents, Willow believes every underdog deserves their day and preferably one filled with snacks, sunshine, and people who never give up. Her resilience and joy mirror the work we do for our clients: facing adversity head-on, tail held high. Bar Admissions: Every room she walks into, the conference couch, and any office chair not currently occupied. Areas of Expertise: Client-relations tail wags, lunch and mom surveillance, emotional-support snuggles during depositions, and morale management across all departments. Also specializes in strategic “accidental” Zoom cameos and redirecting tension with a single well-timed head tilt. Fun Fact: Willow once staged a sit-in (literally) when someone forgot to share their lunch. She won the case. |
