Hailea is the glue that holds Wendler & Zinzilieta together.  She is a sharp, steady force behind every case we handle.  As our lead paralegal, she balances precision with personality, bringing structure, warmth, and relentless energy to the team.  Her cheerful presence and unshakable work ethic make even the busiest trial weeks feel manageable.
Armed with a bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice and a minor in Political Science from Southeast Missouri State University, Hailea pairs academic insight with real-world intuition.  Originally from Calhoun and now proud to call Jerseyville home, she’s deeply rooted in her Illinois community.

Outside the office, you’ll find Hailea gaming, cooking up something creative, or spending time with her loyal sidekick, Ms. Winnie, a furry confidante who also  doubles as our unofficial office morale officer.

Fun Fact: Hailea’s family once had a pet monkey for ten years, the daughter of the very monkey featured in the Pirates of the Caribbean films.  Proof that Hailea’s life has always had a little adventure in it.
