Brian Wendler is a seasoned trial lawyer who proudly practices and has offices in his home county where he was born and raised. He worked his way through college and law school earning academic honors in both endeavors. He has been asked to and unhesitatingly agreed to donate his time to share his expertise by serving as a guest speaker, guest lecturer, arbitrator, and moot court judge.
Brian understands the every day plights of blue collar workers. He is the son of a railroad worker and drove a truck and forklift while working his way through college prior to practicing law. Because he understands emergencies do not always occur during business hours, cellphone calls are permitted after hours. Brian Wendler has successfully litigated numerous high profile and high damage cases (see verdicts and settlements). He is no stranger to taking on insurance companies and big corporations in unfriendly venues with less than compassionate judiciary personnel.
