A lifelong resident of the Metro East, Tracy brings over 40 years of experience in billing, collections, account management, and customer service to her work at Wendler & Zinzilieta.  She’s known for her steady reliability, sharp eye for detail, and her favorite saying: if there’s a will, there’s a way.  That mindset shows up in everything she does, whether it’s organizing case files or helping keep the firm’s operations running smoothly.

Before joining the firm, Tracy spent more than a decade in management, guiding teams and building strong client relationships grounded in patience, persistence, and trust.  Those same qualities make her an invaluable part of our team and a natural fit for the firm’s “underdog” mission.

​Outside the office, Tracy is happiest surrounded by her family, especially her grandson, and loves spending her downtime crafting, baking, or tending to her garden.  Her mix of grit and grace reminds us daily that hard work, heart, and a little faith can move mountains.
